Bioengineering firm expects record revenue growth, income for 2003

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc., (AOBO) announced that it expects record revenue and net income for the full year 2003.

AOBO reported net revenues of $1.12 million for the full year 2002, with a net profit of $0.11 per share. The company posted a 92% jump in revenues to $14.8 million for the first 9 months of 2003, with net income for the first 9 months surging 320% to $3.7 million, or $0.13 per share, as compared to the same period for the prior fiscal year.

AOBO expects to release results for the fourth quarter and full year 2003, and expects to file its 10K with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the end of March 2004.
