Pharmaceutical company licenses compounds for GU and GI disorders

Dynogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Newron Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. announced the signing of a license agreement under which Dynogen has obtained exclusive rights to certain Newron compounds in order to explore their clinical potential for genitourinary (GU) and gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. Under the terms of the agreement, Newron granted Dynogen an exclusive, worldwide license to a number of ion channel modulators including extensive pre-clinical data packages and related intellectual property.
