Companies partner to enable real-time patient feedback from bedside

The Gallup Organization and GetWellTV, core product of San Diego-based Skylight Systems, Inc., announce a partnership to capture real-time hospital-patient feedback at the point of care.

Gallup's Patient Quality System (PQS) integrates measurement, action planning and implementation. Partnering the Gallup PQS with Skylight Systems' GetWellTV enables real-time patient feedback via in-room televisions.

Partnering with GetWellTV allows real-time patient feedback attained at the bedside using a television interface. Responses are captured using straightforward navigation on standard television remotes, and hospital personnel receive immediate service...
