Dane Technologies Acquires LEVO AG, Switzerland-Based Inventor and Manufacturer of Standing Wheelchairs

Dane Technologies Inc., of Brooklyn Park, MN, has acquired LEVO AG, of Wohlen, Switzerland, the leading manufacturer and inventor of stand-up wheelchairs for individuals unable to stand on their own. The Mercanti Group, an investment banking firm headquartered in Minneapolis, and with offices in Los Angeles and New York, acted as financial advisor to Dane.

"This is a significant international transaction that promises important benefits to Dane," said Charles Shannon, an Associate at Mercanti. "We at Mercanti are pleased to have contributed to its successful completion."
