Abt Associates has named Constantin Abarbieritei Division Vice President for International Economic Growth. Abarbieritei is a well-known and respected specialist in financial sector development, whose expertise is widely recognized by USAID, the World Bank and other international donor institutions. He has extensive experience working with companies and government agencies in South-East Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia to structure investment transactions, promote financial and private sector development, and assist in the design and implementation of economic development programs.
