The Winter 2008 Meeting of the American Psychoanalytic Association (APsaA) will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York City, from Wednesday, January 16 through Sunday, January 20, 2008. More than 2,000 psychoanalysts, students, and other mental health professionals are expected to attend. On Wednesday, January 16 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., there will be a press briefing which includes breakfast. Susan Jaffe, M.D., chair of APsaA's Committee on Public Information, will chair the event along with several other analysts.
