Dr. Juliette Murcko's contest entry for new dental equipment convinced A-dec contest judges that her patients deserved a full treatment room makeover. Her Pittsburgh neighborhood practice's third treatment area still housed her recently retired father's red 1956 Ritter unit. The room was quite a topic of curiosity for new patients with its vibrant color and many mechanical arms reaching out over the patient chair.
