The Plantation was granted to the Holeman Family in 1669 by King Charles. It has been in the same family since and has never been offered for sale.
The Plantation consists of 284 +/- acres with a 2-story 1790 Home, in pristine condition, accompanied by several period out buildings. A horse complex was added; including an 8-stall horse barn with office, tack room, dressage ring and run-in sheds.
