"We examined serum levels of the angiogenic factors, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), in normal donors for allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplantation," researchers in Japan wrote.
