Researchers' work from Ben-Gurion University focuses on anemia

Research findings, "Hypocholesterolemia in chronic anemias with increased erythropoietic activity," are discussed in a new report. According to recent research published in the American Journal of Hematology, "Hypocholesterolemia of unknown etiology has been previously described in various chronic anemias. Few small studies also suggested that those patients have a lower incidence of atherosclerotic events."
