"The Italian SIROH-EPINet Study on Sharp Injuries In Health Care Workers."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the Frontline Healthcare Workers: National Conference on Prevention of Sharps Injuries and Bloodborne Exposures, held August 14-16, 1995, in Atlanta, Georgia, "Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of a data collection system (SIROH-EPINet) designed for an adequate management of information on sharp injuries (SI) reported by health care workers (HCW) in order to target preventive interventions.
