"Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection in HIV Positive Patients: Influence of Host Immunity."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 46th Annual Meeting of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, held November 3-7, 1995, in Chicago, Illinois, "The influence of HIV associated infection on the course of chronic hepatitis C is still controversial. The aim of our study was to investigate the level of HCV viremia and the severity of liver injury, in patients with chronic hepatitis C, according to their HIV status.
