P.K.R. Kumar and colleagues suggested the finding could be important in the search for inhibitors of the NS3 protease. They presented their findings at the International Business Communications conference, "Hepatitis: Latest Therapeutic Developments for Hepatitis B and C," held January 30-31, 1997 in Washington D.C.
