Is Universal Better than Selective Immunization in Developing World?

Universal hepatitis B virus immunization may be more cost effective than selective immunization in developing areas such as Bangladesh, India.

Researchers from a Bangladesh research center are calling for the replacement of selective vaccination with universal vaccination in that country.
