XTL Biopharmaceuticals Announces Six-Month Performance

XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. (XTL) has announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2001.

Highlights:

  • XTL-001 for hepatitis B advanced into multicenter, Phase II combination studies with standard therapy

  • XTL-002 for hepatitis C entered a Phase I trial in Israel and the U.S.

  • Received two milestone payments from an undisclosed corporate partner for an IND filing
