Companies collaborate for separation and purification of recombinant proteins

Gradipore, Ltd., (GDP) has entered into an agreement with Biomira Inc., for the separation and purification of recombinant proteins based upon Gradipore's platform separations technology, Gradiflow.

Under the terms of this agreement, Gradipore will provide a customized Gradiflow platform for transfer to Biomira.

The agreement provides for the payment of certain performance-based fees to Gradipore. Further financial details and terms were not disclosed.
