Viragen International to trade under new symbol

Viragen, Inc., (VRA) announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Viragen International, Inc. will now trade under the new stock symbol "VGNI".

Viragen International, Inc., formerly named Viragen (Europe) Ltd., had traded under the symbol VERP.

It was also announced that Viragen International's wholly owned Swedish subsidiary, BioNative AB, has been formally renamed ViraNative AB.
