To determine what factors may increase or decrease risk of recurrence, S. Brillanti and colleagues, University of Bologna, analyzed clinical records of 80 patients positive for hepatitis C virus (HCV) who had liver disease. The patients had been followed up for a median 45 months post-transplantation.
