Study 1: Recent research from Italy published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases has reported on the clinical and virological improvement of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related or hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related chronic hepatitis with concomitant hepatitis A virus infection.
"We evaluated the clinical and virological characteristics of hepatitis A virus infection in persons concomitantly infected with HBV or HCV," wrote E. Sagnelli and colleagues, University of Naples 2.
