Researchers' work from Russia, the South Korea and the United States adds to hepatitis C virus body of knowledge

Hepatitis c virus data are the focus of recent research from Russia, the South Korea and the United States.

Study 1: Recent research from Russia has documented the development of the system ensuring a high-level expression of hepatitis C virus (HCV) nonstructural NS5B and NS5A proteins.

"The plasmid pET-21d-2c-5B Delta 55 effectively expressing a C-terminally truncated form (NS5B Delta 55) of the HCV RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) was constructed.
