New investigation results, "Double primary liver cancer (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma) in a patient with hepatitis C virus-related cirrhosis," are detailed in a study published in Journal of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery. According to a study from Hamamatsu, Japan, "We herein report a rare case of double primary liver cancer, consisting of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
