Reports from Sun Yat-Sen University highlight recent research in hepatitis B virus

Researchers detail in "Determination of hepatitis B virus genotype by flow-through reverse dot blot," new data in hepatitis B virus. According to a study from Guangzhou, People's Republic of China, "The clinical outcome and response to therapy of hepatitis B virus infection differ depending upon viral genotype. Most methods of determining the viral genotype are relatively time-consuming and costly."
