"Cyclophilins are essential host factors for HCV replication. We have reported herein the efficacy of divided administration of interferon (IFN) beta plus cyclosporine for chronic hepatitis C patients who failed pegylated (Peg)-IFN or IFN combined ribavirin treatment.
