Managed care services provider acquires Injury Management Resources, Inc.

MCMC LLC (MCMC) announced the completion of an asset purchase of the business of Injury Management Resources, Inc. (IMR).

The acquired business is a regional provider of integrated managed care services including utilization review, case management, bill review, hospital bill audit, life-care plans, ergonomic assessments, and expert opinions for employers, insurers, and claims administrators in the workers' compensation and disability insurance markets in New England.
