D&D Securities Company has raised $3.47 million through the sale of $0.15 units ("Unit"), each Unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.25 per common share for a period of 12 months following the closing of the transaction. The Corporation paid a 7% commission in cash, a $55,000 corporate finance fee and issued 10% Brokers' Unit to D&D Securities...
