American Shared Hospital Services Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

AMERICAN SHARED HOSPITAL SERVICES (AMEX:AMS), a leading provider of turnkey technology solutions for advanced radiosurgical and radiation therapy services, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0475 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 16, 2007 to shareholders of record on April 2, 2007.
