AMDL Signs Second Significant New Distribution Relationship for Shanghai Market

AMDL, Inc. (AMEX:ADL), headquartered in Tustin, California, with operations in Shenzhen, Jiangxi and Jilin China, through its wholly owned subsidiary Jade Pharmaceutical Inc. (JPI), is an international biopharma company. AMDL together with Jade engages in the development, manufacture and marketing of proprietary pharmaceutical and testing products.

AMDL announced that Jade, through its subsidiary JJB, has signed a new Distribution and Agency Agreement with Shanghai SiFul Medicine Co., Ltd., (Shanghai SiFul), an indirect subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.
