New findings from Salisbury District Hospital in the area of human genetics published

According to recent research published in the journal Human Genetics, "The majority of constitutional reciprocal translocations appear to be unique rearrangements arising from independent events. However, a small number of translocations are recurrent, most significantly the t(11;22)(q23;q11)."
