William J. Crayford, 45, of Whitingham, pleaded no contest to one felony count of Medicaid fraud in Vermont District Court in Brattleboro.
As part of a plea agreement with Assistant Attorney General Seth Steinzor, two felony charges of embezzlement against Crayford were dismissed by the state.
