Delmarva Foundation encourages consumers to report prescription drug benefit fraud

Delmarva Foundation, under contract with the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, will be responsible for helping to monitor, detect and fight fraud, waste, and abuse in the new U.S. Medicare Prescription Drug coverage program.

Delmarva will have this work performed by its wholly owned subsidiary Health Integrity, LLC.

Health Integrity will monitor the new Medicare prescription drug program for potential fraud, waste or abuse and to investigate any beneficiary complaints related to potential fraud, waste or abuse in the new benefit.
