Researchers from Geriatric Hospital, Department of Internal Medicine publish findings in hypertension

Fresh data on hypertension are presented in the report "Increased oxidative stress impairs endothelial modulation of contractions in arteries from spontaneously hypertensive rats." According to a study from Nagoya, Japan, "The endothelium modulates vascular contractions. We investigated the effects of oxidative stress on endothelial modulation of contractions in hypertension."
