New immunology research from University of Copenhagen, Department of Hematology described

Research findings, "Neutrophil granules: a library of innate immunity proteins," are discussed in a new report. According to recent research published in the journal Trends In Immunology, "Gene expression profiling has revealed that circulating neutrophils rest between two major bursts of transcriptional and protein synthetic activities. The first occurs in the bone marrow."
