Humana Military Healthcare Services Co-hosts Case Management Conference Focusing on Wounded Warrior Care

Humana Military Healthcare Services (HMHS), the Veterans Administration (VA) of Augusta, Georgia and Southeast Regional Medical Command hosted the second annual Southeast Regional Case Management Conference on October 23-24 in Augusta, Georgia.

The focus was the coordination of care for wounded warriors and resources available to assist in the cultivation of case management for soldiers, veterans and their families.
