Research on neuropathy detailed by S.T. Toh and co-authors

According to a study from Singapore, Singapore, "Mucoceles of the posterior ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses are rare."

"Onodi cell mucoceles that cause compressive optic neuropathy are even rarer. We discuss the clinical presentation, radiologic features, and treatment in 2 cases of Onodi cell mucoceles in which the patients presented with loss of vision due to compressive optic neuropathy," wrote S.T. Toh and colleagues.
