Researchers detail in 'Fresh osteochondral total ankle allograft transplantation for the treatment of ankle arthritis,' new data in transplantation. "Fresh osteochondral total ankle allograft transplantation has been reported in the literature with survival rates between 50% and 92% at 1-to 12-years followup. The goal of this study was to present the results of total ankle allografts from another institution," investigators in the United States report.
