Researchers at Cincinnati Children's Hospital target life sciences

According to recent research from the United States, "Mandated minimum nurse-to-patient staffing ratio legislation was passed in California in 1999 and implemented January 1, 2004. Nurse staffing legislation is being considered in at least 25 other states."
