In Washington for a visit with President George W. Bush, Big Brothers Big Sisters President and CEO Judy Vredenburgh, Big Sister of the Year Miriam Mills and her Little Sister Arleth, got a special private tour of the Ambassador's Residence at the British Embassy. Vredenburgh felt it would be a perfect setting to break the surprise news.
