Award-winning partnership proves Vocantas CallAssure effective tool for chronic disease management

Vocantas Inc., a developer of automated telephone outreach solutions, announced the sale of its CallAssure solution to The Ottawa Hospital to manage patients in its Thrombosis Program.

This comes as a new study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal shows that CallAssure was effective in helping The Ottawa Hospital keep thrombosis patients in the proper dosing range an impressive 80 percent of the time. In addition the clinic experienced a 33 percent reduction in staff workload.
