Recent studies by I. Kaiserman and co-authors add new data to ophthalmology findings

In this recent report, researchers in Israel conducted a study "To compare the 1-year outcomes after half-top-hat (HTH) penetrating keratoplasty (PK) versus top-hat (TH) PK and regular PK. We reviewed the clinical notes of 87 consecutive patients who had undergone either HTH PK (23 eyes), TH PK (36 eyes) or regular PK (35 eyes) at Toronto Western Hospital between 2002 and 2007."
