Co-marketing agreement renewed for A-V Impulse System

Orthofix (OFIX) has renewed for 3 years its distribution agreement with Kendall Healthcare Products, a division of Tyco Healthcare Group, under which Kendall will continue to leverage its sales force to market and sell Orthofix's A-V Impulse System to hospitals across the U.S. and Canada.

This multi-year agreement, which was originated in 1992, will continue under similar terms and conditions and is effective immediately.
