Tc-99m-hexakis-2-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (Tc-99m-MIBI) could be used to detect bone marrow metastases in childhood solid tumors. Researchers in Turkey conducted a study "to evaluate the role of Tc-99m-MIBI for detecting bone marrow metastases in childhood solid tumors, including lymphomas. Twenty-six children (118 males, 8 females) were studied."
