Both companies have signed an operating agreement valued at nearly $2 million for IFS. IFS will help KD operate, upgrade, and support IFS applications during the 5-year term of the agreement.
One aim of the agreement is to make it easier for KD to collaborate more closely with its customers and suppliers by providing them with access to parts of KD's business applications. Licenses have been extended to enable this.
