For the 3 months ended June 30, 2004, the company reported a net loss of $13.0 million or $0.34 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $11.5 million or $0.36 per basic and diluted share in the 3 months ended June 30, 2003.

For the 6-month period ended June 30, 2004, the company reported a net loss of $23.3 million or $0.60 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $22.8 million or $0.72 per basic and diluted share for the same period in 2003.
