Pharmaceutical firm completes $1M financing

Abeille Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a product development company focusing on the development and commercialization of novel dosage forms and unique, proprietary combinations of existing drugs, announced the completion of a $1.0 million Series A financing.

The participants in the financing included international accredited investors. The company intends to use the proceeds of the Series A for, among other things, advancing the development of its two lead products, enhancing the product pipeline, building its intellectual property portfolio and expanding Abeille's management and advisory teams.
