Advanced Cell Technology, Inc., (ACTH.OB), a biotechnology company applying stem cell technology in the emerging field of regenerative medicine, announced that the company has filed Form 8-K/A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This document, required by the SEC, discloses the company's financial statements for periods ending December 31, 2004.
