Commission releases biopharmaceutical company from conflict of interest inquiry

CytRx Corporation (CYTR), a biopharmaceutical company developing human therapeutics in the area of small molecules and ribonucleic acid interference (RNAi), announced it has received notification from the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission that the company has been released from a preliminary conflict of interest inquiry without a finding of wrongdoing on the part of the company.
