Consolidated revenues for the second quarter 2005 were $74.8 million compared to $65.8 million for the same period in 2004, an increase of 13.7%. Consolidated R&D expenses net of tax credits amounted to $7.6 million in the second quarter of 2005 compared to $8.7 million in the second quarter of 2004, a decrease of 12.6%.
Consolidated earnings from operations for the second quarter 2005 were $4.3 million, compared to $9.2 million for the second quarter 2004, a decrease of 53.2%.
