Vikas Sinha named senior VP and CFO for cardiovascular drug maker

Sinha joins Alexion from Bayer AG where he was most recently VP and chief financial officer of Bayer Pharmaceuticals Corp., USA. Sinha will be responsible for all areas of Alexion's finance, accounting, information systems and administration.
