Fragmented nucleosomal DNA unrelated to caspase-3 mRNA in lymphoma and myeloma

Nucleosomal DNA fragmentation was not correlated with higher levels of apoptosis and caspase-3 mRNA in patients with lymphoma or myeloma.

According to a study from Turkey, "Elevated amounts of cell-free nucleic acids are detected in the circulation of cancer patients. The type and pattern of these may vary depending on the origin."
