Micro-Virology Labs announces availability of disinfectant tests for biopharma industry

Micro-Virology Laboratories (MVL) announced the availability of outsource disinfectant effectiveness tests for the biopharma industry designed for meeting GMP requirements. Disinfectant effectiveness studies play a critical role in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-regulated drug-development lifecycle.

MVL has launched a new series of on-site disinfectant efficacy tests involving ATCC-obtained micro-organisms and client provided in-house environmental isolates against various sanitizer and disinfectant solutions. The new tests assay such contaminants as bacteria, fungi, and viruses and can verify disinfectant efficacy to a proscribed level of concentration....
